Cidco offers lottery in Navi Mumbai’s nodes providing 22,000+ units. Cidco has a plan on providing over 67,000 houses under the Mass Housing Scheme and may extend it to other areas of the state soon. Mhada on the other hand provides housing units across Maharashtra through its various boards- Mhada Mumbai Board, Mhada Pune Board, Mhada Konkan Board, Mhada Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board, Mhada Nashik Board, Mhada Nagpur Board etc. Note that the EMD to be paid by EWS for Cidco projects is lesser than the Mhada projects.
